The Gibson buck is defined by a wicked-cool, high-shouldered frame with long, sweeping main beams that feel more Texas than Missouri—yet it’s a perfect reminder of how wildly diverse whitetail genetics can be and how every great rack carries its own fingerprint. A clean, classic typical 6×6, the Gibson mirrors the legendary Hanson buck in overall structure and balance, trailing it by only a slim margin. With just a touch more here or there, this deer could easily have worn the world-record crown. Taken by Larry W. Gibson in Randolph County, Missouri, in 1971, the buck scored an impressive 205 inches, cementing its place among the all-time great typical whitetails.

Its bright white surface will support vibrant, dazzling colors that are consistent and accurate across a wide gamut with a semi-glossy sheen. Matte option is also available upon request. Comes in standard and custom sizes.

Solid Wood Stretcher Bars: Our solid wood stretcher bars ensure that the canvas print does not warp or bow over time. The rounded edges and beautifully beveled sides of our stretcher bars allow minimal contact with the canvas.

Color Accuracy: Our giclee, eco-solvent inkjet printers are color calibrated regularly to ensure the most color-accurate prints. These bright, vivid, and amazing colors will resist fading for over 100 years and help your prints last for generations.

Floating Framed Canvas

Canvas Depth: 0.75″ (Low profile to fit floating frame).

This option features a thick, archival-grade polycotton-mix canvas that is carefully hand-stretched over solid wood stretcher bars, then attached to our standard wood float frame. Overall thickness of frame is 1.22" (see attached image for details).
