Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Wild Brush Studio. We take great pride in ensuring your artwork arrives safely and on time.

Free Shipping We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all artwork orders within the United States.

Production & Processing Time Because we prioritize quality, prints and canvases are often prepared specifically for your order.

  • Standard Processing: Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be printed, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
  • Commissioned/Custom Work: Timelines will be communicated directly at the time of purchase.
  • Note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates We use premium carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) depending on the size of your art and your location.

  • Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
  • Please note: Carrier delays due to weather or high volume are outside our control, but we will always help you track your package.

Where We Ship

  • Domestic: We currently ship to the lower 48 United States, we may offer a digital download in the future for Alaska, & Hawaii residents only.
  • International: At this time, orders are primarily US-only. If you are an international customer interested in a piece, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
  • Canada: We currently DO NOT ship to Canada, we may offer a digital download in the future for Canada residents only.

Order Tracking As soon as your art leaves our studio, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

Damages & Issues We insure our packages, but accidents happen. Please inspect your artwork immediately upon arrival.

  1. If Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Required: Please email us photos of both the damaged box and the artwork.
  3. Resolution: We will work with you to replace the damaged item at no cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package:

  • Check with neighbors or your front office.
  • Contact the carrier directly (UPS/FedEx/USPS) for GPS delivery details.
  • Note: Wild Brush Studio is not responsible for packages once they are successfully marked as delivered to the correct address.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
