Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Wild Brush Studio. We take great pride in the quality of our artwork and want you to be thrilled with your purchase.

All Sales Final: Due to the custom and artistic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or wrong size selection on:

  • Original artwork
  • Limited-edition or open-edition prints
  • Custom or commissioned artwork
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

Please review your space and measurements carefully before placing your order.

Damages & Issues We package our art with extreme care, but accidents can happen in transit. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please follow these steps so we can make it right:

  1. Inspect Immediately: Please check your artwork upon delivery.
  2. Contact Us: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Required Evidence: You must include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item AND the packaging.

Resolution: Upon approval of your claim, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item free of charge (if available).
  • Repair the item (if applicable).
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
  • Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

  • Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet shipped.
  • Custom/Commissioned Orders: Once work has started, these cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages Wild Brush Studio is not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost in transit (stuck in the system), we will assist you in filing a claim.
  • If it is marked delivered but missing, please contact the carrier directly or check with neighbors.
